About the Owners

David specializes in research, analytics and marketing. He has brought together and learned from the best experts in the industry. David is never satisfied with good enough and is relentless in his search for “something better.” This hunger for knowledge ensures that Mother Nature’s Cleaning is always a leader in methods and materials.

Andrea’s background in sales, customer service and operations are a perfect fit in an industry that tends to miss out on important touch points that make the customer feel connected and heard. From office, to field to customer she ensures the process is seamless, adjusting processes and procedures when necessary, and insisting Mother Nature’s Cleaning provides the best service possible.

Our Lead Technicians

Norbi came to us a few years ago with 2 years of carpet cleaning experience already under his belt, and a knack for identifying problem areas and knowing how to address them. He is IICRC Certified as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and as a Rug Cleaning Specialist. He is kind, considerate and efficient in his cleaning methods.

Thomas started his carpet cleaning career with Mother Nature’s Cleaning after 10 years in the service industry. He quickly became passionate about his field. He is IICRC Certified as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and as a Rug Cleaning Specialist. He is extremely polite and patient with our customers ensuring they fully understand our processes before he begins any job.

Both of our technicians continue attending IICRC certification classes and ongoing training seminars. Education is vital in providing excellent service and results.

Our Office Staff

Tiff is our dispatcher and estimator. She has extensive customer service and dispatch experience and strives to make every customer experience smooth from start to finish. She is the right hand and both feet of our office operations, and manages a substantial work load without breaking a sweat. She takes it very personally if anything is less than 100% perfect, so you can count on her to do her best for you!
