My journey began in 2006 when I graduated from the Esthetic Institue in Calgary, AB. I was able to gain much of my experience while working in wellness spas in Banff AB and Nelson B.C, as well as a Day Spa in Cochrane AB.

In 2017 I decided to start Serenity Lane Esthetics and follow my dream to owning my own Esthetic business.

In 2018 I completed my Reiki Master Certification and am currently working on my Crystal Healing Master Certification having successfully completed Level 1 & 2.

Ich habe 2003 mit Shiatsu begonnen, weil ich neben meinem Studium etwas suchte, dass mich auf möglichst vielen Ebenen ansprechen sollte. Zusätzlich hatte ich gesundheitliche Probleme, die sich mit der “klassisch westlichen Medizin” nicht in den Griff bekommen ließen. Ich habe damals durch einige Behandlungen erfahren, wie heilsam und tief wirksam achtsame und individuell abgestimmte Berührung sein kann. Heute finde ich die Arbeit als Shiatsupraktiker nach wie vor sehr faszinierend und im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes…tief berührend. Aufgrund meines Studiums wende ich Shiatsu auch bei Hobby- und Leistungssportlern an (weil es eine schnelle Regenerationszeit, Schmerzfreiheit und eine klare geistige, wie auch körperliche Ausrichtung unterstützt). Neben Shiatsu und meinen Fortbildungen in Shin Tai, Cranio-Sacraler-Körperarbeit und Zentralkanalsarbeit biete ich noch energetische Körperübungen für Einzelpersonen und Gruppen an (mit den Schwerpunkten Stärkung, Mobilisierung und Zentrierung) und arbeite gerne mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen in der Natur.
