We’re Naked Runner and we make sports performance eyewear lightweight enough to give you complete freedom, and strong enough to help you enjoy your sport, so ultimately you perform better.
We’re passionate about our sport and passionate about product performance too.
Naked Runner is a result of my passion for the sport over the last 30 years and like many, I have become aware of the new trend to run barefoot and if not barefoot then in minimalist running shoes. Mind you calling it a new trend is probably stretching it, when really running in trainers is actually a new concept.
Due to a combination of circumstances I saw an opportunity to change my career to include my love of athletics, a contact in the sunglasses market and a belief that quality sports wear need not be so expensive. If you add to this that I have always believed there was no need for so much support in trainers then Naked Runner was born.
After a lot of testing I believe I have come up with the most ideal sports sunglasses, because I believe they need to be light, unobtrusive and above all protect your eyes.
