Bardo Farm is an off-the-grid family farm focusing on permaculture using a balance of livestock, gardening, maple sugaring, foraging, forestry, and more. We raise a broad range of animals and grow a variety of vegetables. Currently, our pigs and chickens rule the farm (the chickens in numbers, the pigs in attitude). But we are always open to introducing new animals and projects. Our gardens are organic. Our animals are free range, woodland- and pasture-raised, cage-free, and people-friendly due to the attention and love we give them. Our goal is to raise happy, healthy animals, and we are always seeking ways to improve our methods and their quality of life. ‘Bardo’ is a Tibetan word meaning ‘between lives’, and it has been the goal of the Bardo Project to provide a place where people can pause, reconsider their values and their strengths, and start moving in a direction that is aligned with those. Bardo is owned and operated by Neil & Emily Smith and Ian & Jody Underwood. The four of us moved to New Hampshire in September 2007. We bought a large property with an off-the-grid house so we could pursue our own “bardo”. We have since started breeding pigs and rabbits and raising calves, turkeys, and chickens.

Renjer Snacks offers high quality Nordic dried meat snacks. We believe that the purity of Nordic nature is worth to be shared with a wider audience also in the shape of jerky. Our mission is to pack the taste of untouched Nordic nature in every bite of our products. All of the products we offer are produced out of wild ingredients, which means that you won't find mass farmed raw materials in our ingredients. Because of the wild raw materials we use, the carbon footprint of our products is also drastically lower than the on average for meat. We aim to keep our products as natural as possible - this is how we share the Nordic taste with the world. With our first product Traditional Reindeer Jerky we bring the taste of Lapland to all of you so you can indulge yourself, your friends and your family.

Die Kaufdahaom - Idee ist in Gmunden am Traunsee entstanden und von dort aus wird dieser Marktplatz betrieben. Es handelt sich hier um hoch qualitative Lebensmittel und innovative Produkte oder Dienstleistungen aus Österreich. Kaufdahoam-Kunden unterstützen damit die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von österreichischen Kleinunternehmen wie zum Beispiel heimische Landwirte. Auch faire Preise für unsere Lieferanten sind uns wichtig. Wir bitten um Verständnis, wenn wir keine Kleinstmengen von den jeweiligen Produkten ausliefern, um der Umwelt zuliebe weniger Transportvolumen zu erzeugen. Internationale Lebensmittelkonzerne haben meist nur Profitmaximierung vor Augen. Wir, als österreichisches Unternehmen mit unseren klein strukturierten Lieferanten stellen unsere Kunden als Mensch in den Fokus. Menschlichkeit steht bei uns im Vordergrund, den hinter Kaufdahoam stehen Menschen, denen unsere Kunden wichtig sind und auf die man sich jederzeit verlassen kann. Unsere Produktpalette und das Service werden wir ständig erweitern und die Qualität steigern. Wir bemühen uns nur jene Lieferpartner aufzunehmen, welche auch einen sorgfältigen und umweltgerechten Umgang mit der Natur, Mensch und Tier aktiv leben.
