Neslab Inc. or other OEM service contracts may also be arranged if desired.

Because of our large stock, we can often deliver equipment with much shorter lead times than the original manufacturer. Also, our extensive customization capabilities allow us to extend the application range of many units far beyond what the original OEM may have intended.

In addition to providing factory trained service on ALL Neslab and many other temperature and refrigeration products,we offer fully warranted on-site and depot service as well as air to water and water to air cooling conversions and conversions to environmentally friendly refrigerants.

Chiller City also purchases and takes trade-ins of used temperature related equipment, especially Neslab brand. This provides an economical and environmentally friendly alternative for equipment that is no longer needed.
