NARA SUSHI served in a beautiful arrangement accompanied by wasabi and soy.Because it`s served raw, only the freshest and highest-quality fish should be used for sashimi. Sashimi is usually the first course in the Japanese meal. Sashimi is often the first course in a formal Japanese meal, but also often served as a main course with rice and Miso soup in separate bowls. Many Japanese people believe that sashimi, traditionally considered the finest dish in Japanese cuisine, should be eaten before other strong flavours affect the palate. Sashimi represents, in a way, the Japanese cultural appreciation of subtlety. The finer sensation can vary from salmon (firm but melt-in-your-mouth) to squid (slippery but firm), as well as everything in between.

Strange Donuts opened its doors in October of 2013 and hasn’t slowed down since. Collaborating with local restaurants, artists, makers, and recently national brands, Strange has quickly become a staple of St. Louis culture and its own unique way of life. Our from scratch menu rotates monthly to reflect in season fruits and available ingredients. Founder Jason Bockman recently helped form 501(c) nonprofit Strange Cares, which focuses on empowering kids throughout their community. Our production began in the basement of a terraced house in Burnley, Lancashire. We are still based in the same town but now distill our spirits in a renovated mill. Batch supplies the boutique supermarket, Booths, and countless bars and restaurants across the country. Today we continue to experiment with flavours and recipes to bring you new and interesting spirits.
