Initial Token Offering (ITO)

Initial token offers (ITOs) and initial coin offerings (ICOs) are quite similar and are sometimes used interchangeably. There are some minute variations to be aware of, though.

ITOs often concentrate on providing tokens that have demonstrated (or untested) intrinsic usefulness rather than being utilized to generate money for a brand-new coin. This may entail providing token holders with subscription-based access to a platform that allows them to use exclusive services inside an ecosystem. An exchange that eventually offers cheaper trading fees might serve as an illustration of this. ITOs and tokenization are more closely connected to crowdfunding.
