What is Liquidity Provider?

By definition, a liquidity provider is a market broker or organization that acts as a market maker in a certain asset class.


The liquidity provider participates in currency transactions on both ends. He buys and sells certain assets at specific prices. It indicates that he is profitable. These days, there are liquidity providers who promise to offer liquidity in a certain equities to stockbrokers.
