Instamine

When many cryptocurrency tokens are created all at once, this is known as an instamine. This is in contrast to most cryptocurrencies’ planned releases, which rely on consensus protocols like proof-of-work (PoW).

Because instamining makes it so simple to create coins for a cryptocurrency at a given moment, there is sometimes an unjust or unequal distribution of coins that is concentrated among project founders or developers. A cryptocurrency that goes through an instamine period often puts up a sizable amount of its coins at the beginning, when investor interest is probably going to be high.
