Tokenized Securities

What is Tokenized Securities

Securities that have been “tokenized” have had their ownership represented by the creation of a token that has been recorded on a blockchain that uses distributed ledger technology (DLT). An investment fund, a bond, or a stock can all be tokenized securities.

The process of transforming ownership rights to an asset into a token is known as tokenization. This tradable financial asset on the blockchain that can represent an investment in another asset is known as a tokenized security.
