What is Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA)?

The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) is a member-driven industry group with the mission of promoting the adoption of Ethereum blockchain technology as an open standard to strengthen businesses.

It was introduced in February 2017 and aims to develop Ethereum as an enterprise-grade platform by bringing together a variety of startups, Fortune 500 businesses, technology suppliers, academia, and Ethereum subject matter experts.
