What is Equity?
Crypto equity is the issue of digital tokens as collateral for company equity shares. It is becoming a more efficient way for companies to raise capital by issuing cryptocurrency securities.
Initial coin offerings allow for the public issuance of cryptocurrency shares. Cryptocurrency is offered to the public by blockchain initiatives seeking funding in a manner much to how traditional stocks market their shares through initial public offerings (IPOs).
