What is ASIC?
An automated piece of hardware or software that uses application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) only to mine Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency is known as an “ASIC miner.”
Typically, a single function or group of related functions can be computed by an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC).
