My Story is a practical way to deal with the $50 billion fake luxury goods market. My StoryTM enables customers to use NFC-enabled smartphones to tap on RFID tags or scan QR codes on hangtags to verify the legitimacy of their purchases. By doing so, they will be sent to a landing page that is filled with details on the product, including how it was made and how to buy it.

When brands choose My Story, they register facts that can be verified about their products and save them on the VeChain blockchain. By simply scanning the QR code, customers may verify these details. Quality, provenance, authenticity, animal and worker welfare, and environmental footprint are among the product information that is recorded.
