What is Rank
A cryptocurrency’s rank indicates where it stands among its competitors in the market. The market capitalisation of a digital currency is typically used to determine its rank. Market capitalization, often known as market cap, is computed by dividing a cryptocurrency’s price by its current circulating supply.
Some ranking tools take into account an asset’s daily trading volume in addition to price and circulating supply. Since the beginning of digital money, Bitcoin has held the top spot.
