Staking Pool

What is Staking Pool

A staking pool is just the sum of all the assets that various stakeholders have donated to pool their staking power. PoS networks have a direct relationship between the number of assets held and processing power.

Many network users choose to give their power to a staking pool because the majority of them rarely have enough money to stake individually. The administrators or pool operators of these pools are normally in charge of maintaining the nodes and validators

Participants in a staking pool “stake” their assets into the pool, locking them there until they are redeemed or the staking term expires, whichever comes first. This procedure verifies and validates new blocks while boosting network security. Stakers receive a portion of the profits from block rewards.
